Prof. Dr. Julie Deconinck

Julie Deconinck holds a doctorate in applied linguistics from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where she has been teaching English and translation courses since 2012 within the department of Linguistics and Literary Studies (LIST). Her research interests include second language (L2) vocabulary acquisition, emotions and identity in language learning, multilingual practices, and translation pedagogy.
