Julie Van Ongeval

Julie Van Ongeval obtained her master’s degree in Linguistics and Literary Studies (Dutch – French) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2021. Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rik Vosters, Prof Dr. Bart Lambert and Dr. Chris De Wulf, she is currently working on a research project in the field of historical sociolinguistics, investigating dialect contact and standardization in Early Modern Antwerp. Her project is funded by the Research Foundation Flanders (FWO).
