Hua Gu

Hua Gu is now working on her PhD programme under the supervision of Prof. Dr. An Vande Casteele and Dr. Jianwei Xu.  

Her research is to investigate discourse competence by Chinese learners of English and to examine which patterns in their oral discourse are similar and which aspects diverge from native English speakers’ discourse.
